The candidate for VIP Home Services will be responsible for the following items which includes most but not all job tasks:

Perform Routine Pool Maintenance at Each Stop – Ensure each pool is clean, safe, and ready for use through consistent, high-quality service. For weekly pool cleaning, we clean every square inch of the pool every time time we visit.
Complete Cleaning Tasks with Precision – Brush pool walls, vacuum debris, skim the surface, empty baskets, and clean tiles and surrounding areas.
Service Filters and Salt Cells – Clean and inspect pool filters, salt cells, and other equipment to maintain proper function and water clarity.
Conduct Safe and Accurate Chemical Testing & Dosing – Test water chemistry and apply chemicals correctly to maintain healthy water balance.
Operate and Troubleshoot Pool Equipment – Work with pumps, filters, valves, timer boxes, and related systems—or be willing to learn with hands-on training.
Keep Work Vehicles Clean and Organized – Maintain a professional appearance by keeping your vehicle tidy and stocked with necessary supplies each day.
Communicate Clearly with Clients – Provide friendly, informative updates via text, phone, service app, or in-person communication.

Report Issues Promptly – Notify the office or field manager of any equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or unusual pool conditions immediately.
Drive Safely and Professionally – Represent VIP Home Services with courtesy and care on the road; follow all traffic laws and drive responsibly.
Restock Supplies as Needed – Visit local distribution centers to pick up necessary chemicals and equipment when directed.
Work in All Weather Conditions (Except Lightning) – Be prepared to perform your duties in hot, cold, rainy, or windy weather—rain or shine, pools still need care.

Clean Driving Record – A valid license and a minimum of 36 months with no moving violations or infractions.
Reliable and Self-Motivated – Honest, dependable, and able to manage tasks independently without direct supervision.
Willing to Learn and Grow – Open to training in pool chemistry, water flow, equipment operation, and all aspects of pool care.

Physically Comfortable with Outdoor Work – Able to work year-round in all weather conditions, including heat, rain, cold, and wind (excluding lightning).
