Meet the Owner

John Mark Hallman is the owner and operator of VIP Home Services who resides in Richardson, TX with his wife, Carly. John Mark is a seasoned entrepreneur who co-owns three additional businesses with Carly: a real estate brokerage, a property management company, and a Christmas tree farm. Beyond his business ventures, John Mark enjoys boating, smoking meats, watching the Buffalo Bills, and playing golf. In 2022, he earned a PhD in American History, and is currently writing a historical book. John Mark is deeply committed to building trust and fostering long-term relationships with customers of VIP Home Services. As it stands today, trust between contractors and customers is in short supply—too often, clients are left feeling taken advantage of by the business they hire. We started VIP Home Services with one clear mission: to place trust at the center of everything we do. From transparent communication and pricing to reliable and high quality service, our goal is to build lasting relationships that customers can count on for years to come. Additionally, John Mark is the current Secretary of the Independent Pool and Spa Service Association (IPSSA) of Dallas.
