We accept all credit cards, debit cards, and ACH. We also have an auto pay option that allows you to avoid entering your card information each month.

Chem-Only service focuses solely on the precise weekly testing and balancing of your pool’s water chemistry. It does not include brushing or vacuuming. However, we’re happy to provide these cleaning services upon request.

Yes. Even with a robot vacuum or Polaris, it’s important to brush your pool 1–2 times per week. Brushing helps prevent algae and keeps surfaces clean, especially in corners, steps, and other areas your robot cleaner may miss. Your robot pool cleaner can handle about 99% of the debris in your pool.

We send a weekly cleaning report via email that includes a live photo of your pool, water chemistry test results, and specific chemical additions to maintain a safe pool.

You will be assigned a specific day of the week, and we will add you to our current weekly schedule that routes throughout Dallas County. We rarely have to change the day of service, but when we do we will provide ample notification.

Our company serves many different types of privileged customers. Some customers are simply too busy to upkeep their exterior home maintenance, while other customers are looking for empowered aging and independence at home without the worry of a home exterior to-do list. 

Every one of our pool technicians is a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) and trained in CPR, ensuring both technical expertise and safety on the job. Our company is fully licensed by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) to perform electrical pool repairs—License #RAIC 1456.

There are many reason why a pool owner would want a chem-only service.

1) A pool owner may rarely use their pool, so having a weekly full service clean completed is not a priority.

2) Chem-Only service is ideal for pool owners who like to handle some of the physical cleaning themselves (such as skimming and brushing) but want the peace of mind that their water is professionally balanced and safe.

3) It’s a more budget-friendly option than full service.

4) With the high quality of many modern pool robot cleaners, a weekly cleaning may not be necessary to maintain a beautiful pool. 

As part of our weekly service, we perform a comprehensive 7-point safety inspection of your pool and backyard area. This proactive check helps us identify potential hazards—such as loose gates, faulty electrical components, or damaged pool equipment—before they become serious issues. If we spot anything that could pose a safety risk, you’ll be notified immediately so you can take action without delay. Your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities.

Getting started is quick and easy! Just give us a call at 214-307-2692. The whole process takes less than five minutes. We’ll ask for a photo of your pool and a photo of your equipment pad, and then we’ll add you to one of our existing weekly service routes.

  • March to schedule pressure washing and April
  • November to schedule the gutter cleaning in December

 

For the Platinum plan, we will reach out to you in:

  • March and August to schedule pressure washing and window cleaning in April and September
  • November to schedule the gutter cleaning in December

 

For the VIP plan, we will reach out to you in:

  • March and August to schedule pressure washing and window cleaning in April and September
  • November to schedule the gutter cleaning in December
  • March and September to schedule sprinkler system adjustments in April and October.
