Appointments may be scheduled online or by phone. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments without notice may result in a service fee.

4. Payments

Payments are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Subscription-based services are billed automatically each month. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of service.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to service areas.

• Maintain proper water levels, electricity, and equipment needed for pool maintenance.

• Notify us of any safety concerns, pets, or access restrictions before scheduled visits.

6. Service Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 48 hours of service and we’ll address the issue promptly.

7. Limitation of Liability

VIP Home Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Website Use

You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes or in a manner that could harm the site or interfere with others’ use.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on viphome.services including text, logos, images, and design, is owned by VIP Home Services and protected under U.S. copyright laws.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
